While classic pear vinegar is primarily distinguished by its crisp acidity, our pear balsamic vinegar goes a step further: it combines natural vinegar fermentation with an extra dose of fruit. The base is made from old pear varieties from local orchards, whose juice is fermented into pear wine and then carefully processed into vinegar. For the balsamic, this vinegar is refined with reduced pear juice and pear purée – resulting in a balsamic vinegar composition with intense pear fruitiness. This production method gives the balsamic a creamier consistency and emphasizes the sweet, full-bodied notes of the fruit.

Adrian Pear Balsamic Vinegar is noticeably more fruity than our classic pear vinegar.
