Grape vinegar – a versatile fruit acid with character

Grape vinegar is produced by fermenting grape must into wine and then converting it into vinegar. The vinegar has a light color, a fruity aroma, and a mild acidity.

It is suitable as an all-purpose vinegar in the kitchen: for salad dressings, marinades, refining stews, or pickling vegetables. Its balanced fruitiness also makes it a good match for fruit salads and cheese platters.

Grape vinegar contains few nutrients, as vitamins and minerals in the grapes are broken down during fermentation. Here too, the vinegar should always be consumed diluted to protect teeth and stomach.

Tip: For a summery dressing, mix grape vinegar with grape seed oil, shallots and fresh herbs – a perfect combination for colorful salads.

Grape vinegar: mild acidity from ripe grapes

Our grape vinegar is for those who appreciate authenticity: honestly fermented, traditionally produced, and full of character. At the Adrian Manufactory, we process fully ripe, sun-drenched grapes into a mild, fruity vinegar with a crisp acidity and delicate aroma. The grapes are organically grown and gently fermented in a multi-stage process – entirely without industrial additives.

The result is a light golden vinegar with an elegant structure and a vibrant interplay of freshness and fruitiness. The taste is clear, well-rounded, and not too sharp – a sign of true maturity.

Mild, fruity, balanced

Unlike aggressive industrial vinegars, our Adrian grape vinegar is pleasantly subtle. Its acidity is present but never overpowering – ideal for highlighting delicate aromas without masking them. The gentle production process preserves the fruity notes of the grape, giving the vinegar a special elegance.

It pairs particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine, salads with goat cheese or nuts, as well as with light meat and fish dishes. It also shines in sauces, marinades, or for rounding out broths and soups.

Versatile – from classic to creative

Adrian grape vinegar is excellent for classic vinaigrettes with mustard and oil, but it also adds depth to warm dishes: for example, braised fennel, tomato ragouts, or risotto. A real insider tip is to combine it with fresh herbs, honey, or berries – for dressings that will surprise you.

It can even be used in desserts: a few drops over strawberries, mangoes, or pear slices add a delightful twist to the flavor. Those who prefer it neat can also enjoy it diluted as a drinking vinegar.

Naturally Adrian – quality without compromise.

Our vinegar isn't made at the push of a button. We ferment the grape juice naturally, let it mature slowly, and bottle it unfiltered – this preserves the aroma, color, and quality. We naturally avoid using additives, concentrates, or flavorings.

Please store in a cool, dry place away from light – and enjoy regularly.
