As with our Apple cider vinegar is used, and the best organic (BIOLAND) orchard apples from the region are used. Admittedly, these orchard apples aren't exactly beauty contest winners – but for us, it's what's inside that counts. Taste, sweetness, acidity, and aroma.

By combining apple cider vinegar with apple juice concentrate in this product, you will experience a unique fruitiness paired with classic acetic acid – 100% from the whole fruit, unsulfured, unsweetened and completely without flavorings.

Our apple balsamic vinegar combines the fruity acidity of apple cider vinegar with the natural sweetness of concentrated apple juice. For the base vinegar, hand-picked apples from regional orchards are fermented into cider and then further processed into vinegar using acetic acid bacteria. The refinement with reduced apple juice creates a creamy balsamic vinegar with a honey-colored hue.

The flavor is smooth and balanced: the sweetness of the apple juice harmonizes with the mild acidity of the vinegar. This balsamic vinegar is excellent for vinaigrettes, for refining salads, cheese platters, or glazed vegetables. It also pairs well with desserts such as fresh strawberries or vanilla ice cream. A few drops add an elegant sweetness to sauces and marinades.

Compared to regular vinegar, balsamic vinegar contains more natural sugar and should be used sparingly. Vitamins and minerals from the apples are largely lost during fermentation – our balsamic vinegar is therefore a culinary product and not a dietary supplement.
