Naturally cloudy organic apple cider vinegar from Adrian

OurNaturally cloudy apple cider vinegarIt is much more than an ordinary seasoning. It is made fromOrganic orchard apples from the Lake Constance-Upper Swabia region, where old apple varieties grow, prized for their flavor and diversity. Over 40 heritage varieties are hand-picked and carefully sorted again before pressing – this meticulous effort ensures the exceptional quality of our vinegar.

Our naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is produced with care. After the initial fermentation of the apple wine, natural acetic acid bacteria, together with oxygen, transform the apple wine into vinegar. Unlike filtered vinegar, this vinegar remains unfiltered during our production.naturally cloudyThis is because the fine suspended particles ("mother of vinegar") are not filtered out. This preserves the full flavor and gives the vinegar a slight cloudiness, which is typical of natural apple cider vinegar. The only ingredients are...Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar and concentrated apple juice in organic qualityused; no artificial flavorings are added.

Taste and use in the kitchen

Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar has afruity-sour tasteIt's perfect with fresh salads, raw vegetables, vegetable wraps, or as a base for homemade vinaigrettes. Classic marinades for grilled vegetables or fish also gain depth from its mild acidity. Combined with nut, olive, or sunflower oil, it creates a harmonious dressing, as recommended in the shop. In cooked dishes, apple cider vinegar enhances stews and chutneys; a splash in the cooking water also prevents beets or beans from losing their color. For those feeling adventurous, mixing one to two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with lukewarm water and a little honey makes a refreshing alternative to lemonade.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zu Apple Vinegar Unfiltered

What does "naturally cloudy" mean?

Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is not filtered; fine suspended particles and the so-called "mother of vinegar" are retained. This gives it a slightly cloudy appearance and a more intense flavor than clear vinegar.

How is Adrian's apple cider vinegar produced?

Our vinegar is made from fermented apples grown in organic orchards. After the initial fermentation into cider, natural acetic acid bacteria carry out a second fermentation. The vinegar is then refined with thickened apple juice. It contains no artificial flavorings.
