Grape and ginger shrub
Zubereitung
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Add the ginger-grape shrub and top everything off with neutral tonic water.
- Wash and halve the grapes. Fill the glasses so that the bottom is covered.
- Slice the ginger and place it on the glass using a wooden skewer. Finally, add a few mint leaves.
- Tip: For those who prefer a more refreshing drink, add a lemon zest and top it off with sparkling wine instead of tonic water.
