Rhubarb lemonade

Zubereitung

  1. Simply cut off the ends of the rhubarb stalks and halve the stalk (this makes them easier to peel).
  2. Peel the stalks and cut them into pieces.
  3. Wash the raspberries and shake them dry.
  4. Then put the rhubarb pieces and the juice of half a lemon into a small pot.
  5. Add pomegranate shrub and 500 ml of water and bring to a boil.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  7. Remove the pot from the heat and let the rhubarb mixture cool.
  8. Then pour it into a fine sieve and press the liquid through well using a spoon. The lemonade should be completely clear.
  9. Next, divide some lemonade between two glasses. Add ice cubes and top with tonic water or sparkling water. Garnish with mint and your fruity rhubarb lemonade is ready.
