Rhubarb lemonade
Zubereitung
- Simply cut off the ends of the rhubarb stalks and halve the stalk (this makes them easier to peel).
- Peel the stalks and cut them into pieces.
- Wash the raspberries and shake them dry.
- Then put the rhubarb pieces and the juice of half a lemon into a small pot.
- Add pomegranate shrub and 500 ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the rhubarb mixture cool.
- Then pour it into a fine sieve and press the liquid through well using a spoon. The lemonade should be completely clear.
- Next, divide some lemonade between two glasses. Add ice cubes and top with tonic water or sparkling water. Garnish with mint and your fruity rhubarb lemonade is ready.
